LSCM&C

LSCM&C was founded in 2010, the culmination of Lee's decades of experience in the Cremation and Burial industry.

Lee started his career at Beckenham Crematorium and Cemetery where he became company secretary of the parent company, Birkbeck Securities, and Cemetery Manager. Having gained a wealth of experience and knowledge during his time at Beckenham, Lee then co-founded Classic Cremation Partnerships with Chris Johns and spent the next 6 years providing assistance to the industry by way of management agreements, emergency staff cover, revenue enhancement studies and feasibility studies.

 

During this time he established links with the General Cemetery Company, owners of the famous Kensal Green Cemetery and West London Crematorium. There, he went on to serve as Manager, Clerk to the Board and in 2008 was elected to the Board of Directors.

 

In 2010, Lee and Chris Johns decided to amicably end their partnership and concentrate their efforts into different areas of the industry whilst continuing to work together from time to time. Lee established 'Lee Snashfold, Crematoria Management and Consultancy Ltd' (LSCM&C) and continues to be active in the industry, using his expertise and contacts to help bereavement services all over the UK.

As the needs of the business and industry have developed over time, Lee has been delighted to see LSCM&C become a family business, with each family member providing their expertise in their own fields to keep the business moving from strength to strength.
