After a progressive few years, October 2025 brings with it new members of the team and new job roles.

With Lee concentrating on consultancy now more than ever, Melissa has taken the job of Head of Operations, whilst Curtis, Sharon and Diane consistently improve the efficiency of all back-office operations.

LSCMAC now have a total of 15 team members including emergency cremator technicians, bereavement admin, mentors and bereavement, cemetery and crematorium managers - all of whom are available at short-notice to cover the needs of the bereavement industry in any emergency situation.

Lee has taken on a large number of new consultancy contracts, with both Ollie and Melissa helping with continuous research into all aspects of improving and assisting cemeteries and crematoria in both their practices, reduce the climatic impact of sites and improve the ecology of each site. This helps to reduce the carbon-footprint caused by crematoria and to protect local ecosystems from previous destructive practices.

Additionally, LSCMAC are offering full operational reviews of sites, including looking to improve sites for the future and any new legislation that may come with that and greenhouse gas provisions.

We look forward to the future as a company and to continuing to provide high-quality assistance to every site we work with.

As we head into 2023, we are assisting 8 separate crematoria throughout January. The sheer volume of clients has meant we have been able to grow both our full-time employees and associate numbers of industry professionals.

2022 saw us busier than ever, we provided emergency cover and consultancy on new levels that already have me thinking "How can we possibly continue to grow at this rate?"

Thank you to our many loyal clients but most of all, thank you to our wonderful staff who often travel long distances, stay away from home and are sometimes going into challenging circumstances at short notice while providing a thoroughly professional service. I am truly proud of our company.

Happy new year everyone.

Our company is delighted to be joined by Hope Nebbeling. Hope comes to us from a retail and customer service background and has been training as a cremator technician, administrator and chapel attendant.

Hope begun her first company assignment on 17th October and joins our expanding and vibrant team of full-time staff and associates.

We are currently providing assistance to 6 crematoria and already have several people booked out into next year. We are firmly established as the go-to company for any crematoria seeking assistance in the UK.
